I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco from Highline Auto, and overall, I had a really positive experience, especially working with Ed and Sam. From the moment I test drove the Bronco, I fell in love. Ed was quick to follow up with me afterward, and the purchasing process was smooth. He took the time to walk me through everything, including the warranty, which helped me feel confident in my decision. They also made the trade-in process super easy. That said, my experience did come with a few unexpected hiccups. Right after purchasing the car, I ran into an issue before I could even get it home, which was really disappointing. However, Highline handled it. They got the car into the shop, figured out what happened, and took care of it. It wasn’t due to anything they or I did, just an unfortunate situation. After getting the bronco back, another issue came up. After expressing that there was a problem to them, as well as my frustrations, they were incredibly quick to respond, take the car back, and fix it. Anytime I’ve had a concern or question, they’ve been attentive and willing to make it right. I do think communication could have been slightly more consistent at times, but I also understand that with multiple people involved, things can overlap. At the end of the day, what stands out most is how they showed up for me after the sale. Even with a few bumps along the way, they took care of everything and stood by their customer. This was a dream car for me, and at 23 years old, it means a lot to have been able to make that happen. Highline played a part in that, and for that reason, I would buy from them again.

Probably the best car buying experience I've ever had. Zero pressure, totally transparent pricing, provide Carfax reports free, and they fixed a minor issue with my car that I found after purchase for no cost. The next time I need a car they'll be my first call.
