Holy cow!!! I would definitely give them more stars if the system allowed!!! Sam and his crew went waaaay above and beyond to take care of us!!! They addressed EVERY concern that we had! I wouldn’t hesitate a nano second to recommend them to everyone I know…friends, family, acquaintances I just meet…anyone looking for a great car buying experience!!! Thank you Sam and your team!!!

I bought a Subaru Ascent from High Line Auto and Sam made the whole process very smooth: informed about the cars and options on the lot, no intrusive accompaniment on the test drive, answered questions directly and honestly, clearly explained their warranty and the optional additional warranty, gave me time and space to deliberate, and made it all work within my budget. All this and a dry sense of humor too! What more can you ask for?! :) I’ll also note that Sam also went above and beyond in helping me with an issue my vehicle had after the purchase. Excellent car buying experience and I highly recommend Sam and High Line!

The dealer was extremely responsive to my messages and converns with the vehicle I bought. The vehicle itself was clean and well maintained and sold at a good price. High Line went above and beyond the normal when helping me to get all the paperwork and payment finished. Very flexible with times for me to come in and work around my schedule. I can tell they prioritize their work and will be going back again when needed.

I recently purchased a 2023 Ford Bronco from Highline Auto, and overall, I had a really positive experience, especially working with Ed and Sam. From the moment I test drove the Bronco, I fell in love. Ed was quick to follow up with me afterward, and the purchasing process was smooth. He took the time to walk me through everything, including the warranty, which helped me feel confident in my decision. They also made the trade-in process super easy. That said, my experience did come with a few unexpected hiccups. Right after purchasing the car, I ran into an issue before I could even get it home, which was really disappointing. However, Highline handled it. They got the car into the shop, figured out what happened, and took care of it. It wasn’t due to anything they or I did, just an unfortunate situation. After getting the bronco back, another issue came up. After expressing that there was a problem to them, as well as my frustrations, they were incredibly quick to respond, take the car back, and fix it. Anytime I’ve had a concern or question, they’ve been attentive and willing to make it right. I do think communication could have been slightly more consistent at times, but I also understand that with multiple people involved, things can overlap. At the end of the day, what stands out most is how they showed up for me after the sale. Even with a few bumps along the way, they took care of everything and stood by their customer. This was a dream car for me, and at 23 years old, it means a lot to have been able to make that happen. Highline played a part in that, and for that reason, I would buy from them again.
